Dear sir/Madam, i would like to introduce to you a computerized Results Management System. This system is based on client server tech.
It will have a database running behind the interfaces.

1.It will have client applications which can be installed in computers in the computer LAB in order for students to access their marks in time.

2.In case of any query, students can report to the academic reg or to the responsible party using the same system. This will reduce on congestion on the academic reg’s office.

    3. Students will be given username and password to have access to their results.

    4. The system will have a grading system according to your standards.

    5. However, the system can also accommodate each department’s needs, ie it can manage students’ bio information, staff and teachers’ information, mange fees and expenses, make reports etc.

    6. Teachers can directly manage their students’ marks.
